Päivän ruoka/ food of the day (6)




Kalojen ja merenelävien jälkeen tekee mieli jotakin makeaa, hyytelöä siis. Tarjoillaanpa siis limehyytelöä ja appelsiinikerroshyytelöä.

After all sea food folks of the manor fancy something sweet. Some jelly would be nice. Lime jelly and layered orange jelly are served.

    Oho, onpa raikkaan näköisiä hyytelöitä. Nuo mustekalat ovat myös tosi "hyvän" näköisiä.

    Kiitos Merja, Thanks Daydreamer! I really like making miniature food. All miniature food of my manor is selfmade (except coned slices of most common fruits - they are by Angie Scarr; why bother because Angie's cones are so great). I have only two "outside" food items - Baltic herring on the Christmas table and garlic in the kitchen. They are made by a friend, a talented Finnish miniature food maker.
