Sohva/ sofa




Tänään sain vamiiksi sohvan shabby chic -huoneeseen. Sohvatyynyt istuvat vielä jotenkin jäykästi - laitettava vielä hiuslakkaa...

Today I finished a sofa for the shabby chic room. The cushions of the sofa do not sit right. Some hairspray still needed...

On kulahtanutta. Shabbiness.



Printtasin 1700-luvun tapettikuvion silkkikankaalle ja tein tyynyn. Edes jotakin historiallista tähänkin projektiin.

I printed a wallpaper pattern of the 18th century on a silk fabric and made a cushion. At least something historical for this project as well.



Istuintyynyn napit ovat siemenhelmiä. The buttons of the sitting cushion are seed beads.



Villahuopa lämmittää kylminä syysiltoina.

A woollen blanket warms on cold autumn evenings.

    The sofa looks wonderful. I think that you have done excellent work on the cushions, together with the warm blanket it will be a cosy seat to sit on a cold evening for the fireplace :)!
